At 7.15 am the rain was lashing down and the thunder was rumbling, but by 9.00 am the clouds had cleared and we were on!

Our half marathon runners started to arrive at 9.30 followed by our 11 mile walkers. By 10.00 am the sun was out and our walkers and runners were on the way to the start points ...

It was a brilliant day with over 180 people walking the route. This included Langdon Community and College Residents. Supported by our volunteer marshalls, the day went really well with everyone completing the course by just after 5.00 pm, by which point the heavens opened again!

All monies raised on the day will go towards our services for young Jewish Adults with learning disabilites The winners of the DSi were Nicole and Bernard Greenwold who raised a staggering £4,000 - we are hugely grateful to them, but also to everyone who took part.
